3. Hosting and server-side access logging
This website is hosted on a server managed by us at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. As part of hosting, the data required for the technical operation of the website is processed. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the pages accessed, browser information, operating system and the referrer URL.
The web server stores this access data in log files in order to ensure secure operation, stability, error analysis and technical optimisation of the website.
Processing serves the purpose of providing the website securely, stably and free of technical errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of the website as well as in the technical analysis and optimisation of our web offering.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. It ensures that personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
4. Contacting us by form or email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide exclusively in order to handle your enquiry and for the related communication.
The following data is processed in the contact form:

Required fields are marked in the form. Without this information your enquiry cannot be sent or processed.
After sending, you automatically receive a confirmation containing a copy of your enquiry at the email address you provided. This confirmation serves your own documentation and the traceability of your enquiry.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at entering into or performing a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the proper handling of enquiries and in communicating with prospects, customers and business partners.
5. Technical handling of the contact form
The contact form is processed on our server. To send the message and the confirmation copy we use the service provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). The data you enter in the form is transmitted to Brevo to the extent necessary for sending. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo.
To protect against automated enquiries (spam) we use technical measures. These include a field that is not visible to you, a check of how long the form took to complete, and a limit on the number of enquiries within a short period. No analysis of your usage behaviour takes place. No data is passed on to third parties for these protective measures themselves.
6. Recipients of the data
Your personal data is only passed on if this is permitted by law or if you have consented. Recipients may in particular be technical service providers engaged for hosting, maintenance or the technical operation of this website.
7. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
Data from enquiries is deleted once the respective matter has been concluded and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
8. Your rights
